He is a self proclaimed Lego builder since age 3 and has always found it fascinating to take everything apart to see how it works. As time went by gutting electronic devices to see what made them tick, He grew a great bound with the electronic world. He spends a lot of his time battling viruses and spyware, crawling through tight, dusty spaces running Ethernet cable and tending to ailing computers, scanners, and printers all of which tend to bite and scratch, leaving him with numerous battle scars.

RAW thinks she is the brains behind West Consulting. She has extensive experience working with tech support for computers and networks and she can speak people language too. She is well-versed in restoring computers and networks to their proper operating lifestyle. She has a BA degree from Thomas Edison State College in New Jersey majoring in Mathematics and Natural Sciences. Rachel is recognized by Microsoft as a Systems Engineer and Certified Professional plus Internet. She has not authored any books or major blogs, because she spends all her time fixing other people's stuff.
